Arena Racing Company (“ARC”) can today announce the appointment of Julian Thick as Group Delivery and Special Projects Director.
Julian has many years of experience within British horseracing, including senior roles at various Jockey Club Racecourse venues, as Chief Executive of Newbury Racecourse and a Board Director of Racecourse Media Group (‘RMG’). Most recently, Julian has been working as a business advisor to Levy UK.
Julian will oversee a wide range of projects across ARC venues in relation to both the racegoer experience, as well as non-racing related business. The new role will sit within the Senior Leadership Team of ARC, and report directly to ARC Chief Executive, Martin Cruddace.
Martin Cruddace said, “Julian has many years’ experience working in senior roles across a wide range of British racecourses. This, in addition to his deep understanding of the wider industry, will be invaluable to our team.
