Following Government advice, all racing at ARC venues will continue behind closed doors until further notice. From 24/09/20 all attendees to ARC venues will be requested to fulfil the NHS Track & Trace system upon entry. Please see news for more info
During this period whilst race meetings are being run behind closed doors, we have been very pleased to welcome racehorse owners back onto our venues. Whilst the facilities available will not be exactly the same as you may have experienced previously, our racecourse teams will endeavor to offer you the best experience possible whilst you watch your horse run.
Each of our sites will offer you track viewing facilities, alongside access to view the Parade Ring and (where possible) the Winners Enclosure. There will also be an appropriate area for you to catch up with your Trainer, or Jockey, either before or after your race.
From Tuesday 28 July onwards, all of our racecourses will offer four badges per runner as a minimum. These must be booked via the PASS system, but our teams will endeavor to accommodate any requests for extra badges, capacity permitting.
Please contact a racecourse directly should you have any questions, or queries about badges.
All racehorse owners attending a race meeting on an ARC racecourse for a behind closed doors fixture will be able to enjoy a complimentary lunch of salad, soup or a sandwich, along with bottled water, tea and coffee.
In addition, each racecourse will offer a bar facility, serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (please note, these bars will operate a strictly contactless payment system only).
There are no restrictions on when racehorse owners should arrive or leave any behind closed doors race meetings.
You may enjoy as much, or as little of the fixture as you like with us.
We would suggest, however, arriving at least 45 minutes before the scheduled off time of your race to allow sufficient time to go through the entrance process.
