23/11: Following the latest Government update, we look forward to the opportunity to welcome spectators back to ARC venues as soon as possible.

We await further information regarding specific details and will offer a further update in due course.

Rewarding Passion

With exclusive facilities and benefits for owners and trainers.

Owners & Trainers Facilities

ARC have policies to reward those who are passionate in the sport.
During this period whilst race meetings are being run behind closed doors, we have been very pleased to welcome racehorse owners back onto our venues.  Whilst the facilities available will not be exactly the same as you may have experienced previously, our racecourse teams will endeavor to offer you the best experience possible whilst you watch your horse run.
Each of our sites will offer you track viewing facilities, alongside access to view the Parade Ring and (where possible) the Winners Enclosure.  There will also be an appropriate area for you to catch up with your Trainer, or Jockey, either before or after your race.

Complimentary Tickets

From Tuesday 28 July onwards, all of our racecourses will offer two badges per runner as a minimum.  These must be booked via the PASS system, but our teams will endeavor to accommodate any requests for extra badges, capacity permitting.

Please contact a racecourse directly should you have any questions, or queries about badges.

Food & Drink

All racehorse owners attending a race meeting on an ARC racecourse for a behind closed doors fixture will be able to enjoy a complimentary lunch of salad, soup or a sandwich, along with bottled water, tea and coffee.

In addition, each racecourse will offer a bar facility, serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (please note, these bars will operate a strictly contactless payment system only).

Entry and Exit

There are no restrictions on when racehorse owners should arrive or leave any behind closed doors race meetings.

You may enjoy as much, or as little of the fixture as you like with us.

We would suggest, however, arriving at least 45 minutes before the scheduled off time of your race to allow sufficient time to go through the entrance process.

Racehorse Initiatives

  • Clear signage for horse movements.
  • Post-race endoscope available for hire.
  • Parade Ring Safety Officer at every fixture.
  • Equine facilities and treatment boxes furnished to a high standard.
  • Quality, complimentary, veterinary care whilst on the racecourse.

If you have any further queries about the facilities at our courses, please contact the course directly.
