As this event is expected to draw a large crowd, we recommend allowing extra travel time. Consider carpooling, using public transportation, or walking if possible.
Parking at the racecourse is free, but please arrive early to secure a spot. If you require accessible parking, please inform the car parking stewards upon arrival.
Food and Drink
Please note that food and drink outlets will accept card payments only, so remember to bring cash for the funfair rides. There are no cash machines on-site, so plan accordingly.
To keep you warm and satisfied, we have a variety of delicious warm snacks, hot drinks, and refreshments available at the food outlets.

Enjoy a fun-filled day at the Park View Restaurant, where the excitement of the races meets the comfort of your own private table – yours for the whole day. Overlooking the finishing line, you’ll have the perfect spot to watch all the action while tucking into a delicious winter favourite – traditional bangers and mash. With easy access to the bar, betting facilities, and all public areas, plus a hospitality entry ticket and race day programme included, everything is set for a great day out together.
When the racing ends, the magic is just beginning! Stay to watch the night sky burst into colour with our spectacular post-racing fireworks display – the perfect ending to your day. Families are especially welcome, with children under 12 eating for free and tickets for those aged 12–17 just £25. Please be aware that as this is also a race meeting, the fireworks will NOT begin until all horses have fully left the premises. All timings of fireworks are approximate due to how long this may take.
For safety reasons, sparklers are not allowed on the premises.
