There's nothing quite like the thrill of a live music concert. The bubbling anticipation while the stage is set up, the quiet hush as the crowd crane their necks to catch a glimpse of the act, and then the explosion of sound as they hit their first note and the crowd goes wild.

A Huge Year of Live Music

As a live sport company, we already know a thing or two about hosting thrilling live events that get your heart pumping. So it is only natural that big acts love to join us each year across several of our venues for big music events.

2018 saw a fantastic season, with audiences treated to concerts across the UK, including Kaiser Chiefs, Paloma Faith, James Blunt, Ocean Colour Scene, Heaven 17, Lightning Seeds, Deacon Blue, Chase and Status and Orbital.

Famous Names

We're no strangers to big names, and have been proud to host many acts over the last few years, who have got our crowds jumping, such as Texas, Spandau Ballet, Madness, UB40, Boyzone & James, plus DJ sets from Sara Cox, Fearne Cotton, Vernon Kay and Jo Whiley. Craig David, Will Young, Mark Ronson, Human League, Simply Red and many, many more.

Day Into Night

So why not join us for a thrilling day of racing, enjoy great food & drink in our restaurants and bars and then top the night off in perfect style watching one of our amazing music acts.

Live and Local

It's not all about big-name acts though, and some of the best sounds we have heard over the years have been through up and coming, and local acts.It is great to have the opportunity to give up and coming acts a full and excited audience from our race fixtures and to give some exposure to some very talented people.

We love to support the local communities to all of our venues and music is no exception. Some racecourses have such a turn out they have started their own music seasons such as Hooves & Grooves at Lingfield Park, and Live at Lansdown at Bath Racecourse.
